What if Jesus had never come?

Molotov Mitchell on the impact of Jesus Christ on this world from both a spiritual and natural point of view.

Tis the Season to do in the Reason

Ho Ho Ho. Christmas once again is here and the fear of Christ is almost hilarious.  God forbid that stores use the word Christmas while raking in the dough from people buying Christmas presents.  Meanwhile the miniscule crowd of atheists are busy spreading Christmas cheer.

We’ve experienced this gem from atheists in Washington State who received permission to place it next to a Nativity Scene–

“At this season of the Winter Solstice, may reason prevail. There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell.” It then obliterates political correctness by ending with the following hate language, “There is only our natural world. Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds.”

So kind of people who don’t know God to tell me He doesn’t exist. Reading various message boards I’ve pretty much determined that atheists are people who are angry at a God they don’t believe in because He would send them to a place they don’t believe in and in doing so give them exactly what they want, which is to be rid of Him.

In the UK buses are carrying advertising with the slogan “There is probably no God. So relax and enjoy life.” So deep. So profound. I’m almost tempted to give up Christianity.

In Washington, D.C., the American Humanist Association is also running an ad campaign on buses with this jewel “Why believe in a God? Just be good for goodness sake.”

That’s pretty funny too considering that atheistic regimes have been, by far, the biggest mass murders in history. The history of mankind shows a distinct inability to be good.

In Colorado Springs the  The Colorado Coalition of Reason has purchased a billboard and plastered “Imagine No Religion” across it.  Makes you wonder how they’d feel if we bought a billboard that said “Imagine No Atheism”. I can just imagine the lawsuits.

Reminds me of Psalm 2:1 where David wrote, “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?”

Why indeed?

Since atheists are apparently offended by Christmas I suggest we give them their own holiday. April 1st would work well since “The fool has said in his heart there is no God”  (Psalm 14:1).

Maybe I could purchase some ad space on a bus to help them out.
